Nice site, there are quite a few beats for download. They are free samples/ paid pack. They are in MP3 format and are of good overall quality.

The sounds themselves are mainly background beats rather than forefront beats.

As a side note, if they wanted to sell more sample packs then offering forefront beats would be a wise move, or even offering a demo "showcase" tune.
